During my life I have always been sporty; from playing football, netball to doing athletics. Physical exercise has always been a passion of mine and I want to use my degree in Psychology and my qualification in Personal Training to transform a person’s life and mindset.
I believe that each person has their own individual fitness goal; whether its losing weight, increasing their general fitness, toning up or gaining muscle. It is my aim to help my clients achieve their individual fitness goal.
I have over 5 years’ experience in personal training and I specialise in weight loss, reducing body fat, improving general fitness, increasing strength & toning. I have fun teaching HIIT, Circuits and Fatburn Classes. I have trained clients from different ages groups with different; fitness levels, health complications, disabilities and have trained clients through-out their pregnancy.
I am devoted to my clients’ success catering to the physical aspect as well as strengthening their mental wellbeing. I reinforce good technique to prevent injuries whilst exercising and focus on challenging, enjoyable, effective sessions when training.
Knowledge is power and I will be there every step of the way to educate, motivate and inspire you to commit to your individual health and fitness journey.
