Individual Fitness group classes consist of customised exercises to help participants with their specific goals whether its for weight loss, increasing fitness, building muscle; we have a class for you. 

Our group classes are fun, unique, challenging and will give participants an unforgettable experience as well as an effective workout. We have designed our classes to teach all types of fitness levels from beginners to professionals and it is a chance for you to socialise, keep each other motivated and become a part of the Individual Fitness Community.

Legs, Bums & Ab Blast is a class designed to target your glute muscles, thighs, hamstrings and abdominal muscles. This class will be a challenging conditioning workout with high repetition routines to tone, define and strengthen. If your looking to shape up and burn calories Legs/ Bums & Ab Blast is the perfect class for you. It is a class designed to target your problems areas by squatting, planking and lunging your way to a fitter more defined you. It is a fun, energetic, music fuelled, full aerobic body workout that aims to change your body composition and increase your fitness levels only using your own bodyweight. The only thing you will need to bring is a towel, exercise mat and water.

HIIT / FAT BURN CLASS

Build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength

HIIT is a High Intensity-Interval Training full-body workout. The class will build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This is an amazing HIIT/Fatburn class if your looking to increase your fitness levels, tone up, shape your body and burn calories. The session will effectively combine weight training with high intensity cardiovascular fitness to maximise burning calories. This fun, energetic, community driven HIIT/Fatburn class will have music and weight training equipment provided. The only thing you will need to bring is a towel, exercise mat and water.
