I was so happy to be trained by someone who’s knowledgeable in mental wellbeing as well as fitness. My personal training package came with a food diary plan which was catered to my needs, she taught me what foods to avoid and what food to implement. She educated me about the correct portion sizes for various types of food. The food diary plan tells me what to eat, when to eat and comes with a shopping list for the food you need to buy for the plan.

I have quickly Improved my fitness level thanks to Leanne, she gives people the motivation they need to push them when they think they cannot do something, or when they want to give up. Her sessions are always different and very, very, very challenging, However, it is very effective and rewarding.
